Canada puts its mark on Moscow

Big. It's possibly the biggest international commission ever for a Canadian architect. It's certainly one of the biggest in Moscow, capital of a country that doesn't think small. "This project, which will be out in the Russian press this month, is four city blocks long," declares architect Brian Brisbin, "twice the length of Toronto's Eaton Centre, with a huge, 6,000-seat concert hall and an atrium as big as five football fields."
