Design International, which represents Toronto-based developer Philip Garforth and the $54.0 million Borealis Project, have agreed to an exclusive interview. The interview will be published in its entirety in the upcoming book Inside Sault Ste. Marie Politics to be released in Fall 2006, presents the perspectives from the developers on what is expected to be one of the largest economic investments in local history. Borealis will be located along the waterfront, and within the vicinity of the downtown core. It's impact is likely to be significant insofar as there will be a shared collaboration, and benefit, of utilizing private-public marketing to draw visitors to the area.
