Adrian Sheppard looked down upon the city. We were standing on the observation deck of the CN Tower. I hate heights. He is a professor of architecture at McGill University. He also sits on Montreal's architectural design review board. He was in town the other day because we want to set up something like it in Toronto and he was invited, along with some others, to offer his advice. I was curious to know what Toronto looks like through his eyes, and he said he had some free time in the morning, so I thought we could start with a look at the lay of the urban landscape from high up in the tower. Did I mention I hate heights?
