The former home of the Montreal Expos should be turned into a teaching hospital, a Montreal architect said yesterday. Claude Boucher said the Olympic Stadium, with a final cost of $2.8-billion, would be paid for next year, and with the departure of the Expos, there are no sports teams using it. The proposal, which would cost $865-million, calls for demolishing unused parts of the stadium, removing the bleachers and selling off the seats.
