Who wants to live in Zak Ghanim's world? Well, at least three people, anyway: Nick Bernhard, who commissioned Mr. Ghanim in 1996 to build two structures on a vacant Don Mills lot -- 1 and 3 Bond Ave. -- and, now, the first couple to actually purchase one of these tilted funhouses. Mr. Bernhard lives in No. 3 and had been renting out No. 1 -- the one with the truss piercing the accordion-like folds over the front door -- until he decided to sell it earlier this year. The landmark house north of Lawrence Avenue off Leslie Street just sold for a little under $750,000.
