On 6 and 7 May, the Canadian Centre for Architecture will host the colloquium Architectural Periodicals in the 1960s and 70s organized by the Institut de Recherche en Histoire de l’Architecture (IRHA). This colloquium will examine the influence of journals and magazines on debates about contemporary architecture in Europe and North America in the 1960s and 1970s. It will start with a lecture by the highly distinguished Executive Editor of the MIT Press, Roger L. Conover, on Thursday 6 May at 6:30 pm in the CCA Paul Desmarais Theatre. It will continue on Friday 7 May from 9 am to 5 pm.
