Gehry's AGO design to be unveiled Jan. 28

Superstar architect Frank Gehry's much-anticipated redesign of the Art Gallery of Ontario will finally be unveiled in Toronto on Jan. 28. The AGO announced the unveiling date late yesterday afternoon after its board of trustees spent two days this week looking at Mr. Gehry's plans for the gallery's $180-million renovation and expansion. Construction of the revamped gallery is expected to start in 2005, with completion in 2007.
