Manasc Isaac Architects of Edmonton and Sturgess Architecture of Calgary have been appointed jointly as prime consultants on a new sustainable office building for the Waterworks and Wastewater at Manchester Centre, south of Calgary's Stampede Grounds. The building, which is to spearhead the redevelopment of the city-owned Manchester Centre, will begin construction in 2005.
