2003 Architecture and Urban Design Awards winners announced

At a ceremony in the Rotunda of City Hall last night, the winners of the City of Toronto Architecture and Urban Design Awards were announced. From over 70 entries, the jury of Patrick Bollenberghe, Alex Krieger, Bruce Kuwabara and Lisa Rochon chose 15 projects for Awards or Honourable Mentions.

Held every other year, the awards acknowledge and promote the contribution that architects, landscape architects, artists and urban designers make toward enhancing quality of life. Their achievements also help to shape urban character and identity through their visions, plans and buildings.
