Office building constructed to provide more office accomodation for the Law Courts. While not the worst looking building in Winnipeg, it does itself no favours by the matter of its connection to the Law Courts of Samuel Hooper. A clumsy and intrusive skywalk has been built where an underground link or a better designed skywalk would have been much preferable.
